Scan document is not converting in PDF file

I have Adobe 9 Pro and printer cannon MF 5750

when i scan multiple pages it doesnot make a pdf file.

how can i created the PDK file when scan is done ?

As per the issue description, you are scanning documents using Acrobat 9 which is end of support. You may refer to the following link for more info: End of support | Reader 9 and Acrobat 9 (and earlier)
