Scan & Ocr giving unknown error.

Question

I am trying to get a few pdfs searchable, however twhen I use the scan&Ocr tool it give me "Acrobat could not perform Text Recognition on this page because: Unknown error." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail now three times.

With the provided information, it is tough to comment or suggest anything. Is it possible to share the file with us? We will take a look and suggest. This issue may happen if certain document pages are scanned with poor resolution, suppose the document contains handwritten notes and language not supported by OCR, etc.
