scanned document images are fine, but when viewed in PRO XI they are skewed

I am using a Fijitsu FI-6770A with Kofax Express 3.2. When I used 3.1 on nearly 400k+ documents, 2.77 million pages the PDF's were flawless. We recently upgraded from win7/Kofax 3.1 Adobe DC to Win10/Kofax 3.2. Adobe Pro XI. After a few days of fine-tuning, we are able to scan again with one glitch. The text pages and mixed text pages with images are fine but full-page images are skewed 10-15% left or right with a gray border. I have tried turning on and off the Enhanced scans/Enhanced/scanned documents/settings/filters/edit/deskew (on/off) and the images stay the same when opening a document.

Work around was to scan the image pages on either the Xerox C8055 or the RICOH MP C5503 saved as PDF (Default) or TIFF and importing the images in the correct place. We have also used Snipping Tool. PRN and imported them and then cropped to match.  KOFAX has a fix for the Win7/3.1 version by turning on the OCR function prior to saving the document. We would prefer not to OCR the PDF's.  Is there a way to toggle to UN-OCR the documents in Adobe Pro XI to remove the OCR in the documents?
