Scanned pdf booklet

I scanned a booklet, 2 pages 5x8 landscape, but the pages are not in page order now.

How do I use adobe to separate the pages and get them in sequence?

I don't want to cut the pages apart, it's an historical document that I reassembled after removing the binding staples.
