Hello Mitchellb,

We are sorry to hear this, as per the description above when you are scanning a document using Acrobat Pro DC, it prints footer on a second page, Is that correct?

What is the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Pro is installed? To identify, please refer to the steps mentioned in the following Adobe article Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

What is the workflow to create the PDF file? Is it from Acrobat's File menu>Create>PDF from a scanner?

What is the make and model of the scanner installed? And, is it a Mac or Windows machine and the version of the operating system installed?

Have you selected any custom settings for scanning a document? Is it possible to share the settings window's screenshot? To share the screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Make sure that you have the latest driver/firmware of the scanner installed. You can also refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following Adobe article Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
