Scanning Problem: pdf opens as jpg
I have a HP Officejet Pro 8710 printer. When I scan to my Lenovo computer using the pdf setting (eithe flatbed or Feeder) I get the scan ok and it shows it as a pdf file but when I open the file it opens more like a JPG file and not a pdf file. I have had my computer and my printer for several years and the scanning always worked correctly but not now. Please help
