@Dynamic_Zenith5235 personally I would not. I ran the phon number in AI, and the phone number came back sketchy. Plus, who really starts with Scattered ADOBE accounts email like that!

I cannot say. I cannot preview the PDF you attached to the post. Please try to re-accomplish this with a .jpg image, so it's available in the preview screen.

I must say that I, like many folks who respond here, will not download and open files from the forums. The security risks are too large for many of us to take. Posting a .jpg of your file that can be reviewed through the preview function is the best course of action.

Hope this helps,

Randy

There is a Nischal Gowda working as a customer service rep with Adobe Systems.

While I don't understand the specifics of the message, it wouldn't surprise me that there are a bunch of licenses under the domain live.com. It's a common email domain provided by Microsoft. If you are an administrator for your organization installing Acrobat on company systems, perhaps this is a legit concern.

If you're anxious about this, I would contact Mr. Gowda through his email address to request more detailed information. From there, you can decide if there's sufficient reason to continue communication.

Hope this helps,

Randy
