Screen moves when moving a field when zoomed in (Prepare a Form)

Question

Using Adobe Acrobat Pro, with the option to use "old acrobat" enabled.

The problem I am having is when I am trying to make fine adjustments to a form field when zoomed in, when I move the field the screen dramatically moves to the right or left after I let go of the mouse button. What do I have to do/change to make this behavior stop?
