Script for order number for fillable form

I have created an interactive pdf form and would like to add an order number. I would like the number to have customers name and the date and/ or time embedded into it so that the number can never be duplicated.

I would like the number to be generated after the form is filled. Can anyone help me to realize this?

The form is to take orders and we will fill in the customers name. the text field is called Customer Name

By filled I mean literally filled, before its saved or submitted to anything. As the text fields are being filled in by someone. Is that possible?

Where does the customer name come from? Is it a field in the file? If so, how is it called?

Also, what does "After the form is filled" means? When the file is saved? Printed? Submitted? Something else? You need to be more specific.
