Scroll pages when highlighter pen is enable at the same time

Hi,

I´m trying to use adobe acrobat dc in  a surface tablet to highlighter text. The problem is that i just can´t scroll pages with the hand while highlighter pen is enable at the same time. When i try to scroll with the hand the text is highlighted instead.

To scroll i need to swap to the handscroll tool and then select the highlighter pen.

What i want is that while scrolling the text dont be selected or highlighted. I want that the highlighter only works when selecting the text and not when i´m scrolling.
