Scrollable images within a PDF?

Is there a way to embed a scrollable image within a PDF?

 

I know this has been raised previously a few years back from what I can see, but wondered if there had been any updates/workarounds.

 

What I'd like to do is present a complete email (JPG or other format) in-situ, ie. sitting behind an iPhone/laptop frame, that can be scrolled through.

 

Appreciate any solutions or thoughts.

You can convert a JPEG as a PDF page, that is scrollable.

    Thanks JR Boulay, but I'm looking to embed it within a presentation, not just on its own page. It'd certainly be a great feature of Acrobat to have that simple interaction.
