Second posting - How to get a Word color document converted into a B&W PDF?

Hi,

I think the title says it all.

I have tried to use the convert colors in the print module but somehow the colors are still present after I use it.

What parameters should I use?

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is no option by default that helps you convert a coloured Word document to a PDF document. But what we can try here is to convert the file to PDF and then convert to greyscale: Acrobat Pro DC - How can one convert a PDF from color to black & white?
