Section 508 accessibilty compliance

Its been a few years since I looked into making interactive forms accessible for disabled users but back then, anytime a form was updated, all the tags/reading order/alternate text etc had to be redone.  Is this still true?

Thanks

I think it still true.

I've read quite a few posts here in the community of a possible bug, specially when tagging and working with artifacts, but I may be wrong.

Yes, revising an Acrobat fillable form means that tags and other structure is NEW+different, so yes, accessibility/508-compliance would need to be redone.
