Security Feature Preventing Me From Printing?

I have a new printer and when I print a document from my bank that was sent to me in an encryted email, the entire page is blacked out. HP says it not the printer. Thasnks for the help

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Also please check if printing is allowed for this document. Open the PDF > Files > Properties > Under Security tab , check for the document restrictions.
