Hello Adobe Community,

I hope you're all doing well! I'm reaching out today because I'm in need of some advice.

I've recently started using Adobe Acrobat for collaborative document reviews with my team, and while I find the software incredibly powerful, I'm looking to optimize our workflow.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

When you apply one or more routine commands to your files, you can save time and keystrokes by using an action—a defined series of commands with specific settings and in a specific order that you apply in a single step. You can apply an action to a single document, several documents, or a collection of documents as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/action-wizard-acrobat-pro.html

Hope this information will help. Let us know if you are referring to something else.
