As mentioned that you are unable to extract pages by dragging them to a folder. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. OS name and version?

2. Application version?

3. Is it happening with a particular file or with all files?

Also, please check if the application is updated to the latest version then try to extract the pages.
