I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and trying to create a simple calculation that is the sum of other fields.

When I select this option the box for selecting the fields is empty?
I've exported to PDF from an Indesign document

This was working correctly before I upgraded to the latest version of CC.

None of the forums match my exact query and none of the answers there have helped??
Please help!!!!!!

My advice: Don't create your form fields in InDesign. I've encountered problems with such fields several times already in the past.

This mostly manifests itself in fields appearing on the page but aren't accessible in Acrobat using a script (or the fields selection dialog).

InDesign is doing a pretty bad job at creating PDF form fields, and it really needs to be fixed by Adobe.

I can see the problem in the screenshot. But will it be possible for you to share the pdf file with us so we can try to reproduce the problem or  provide you a resolution?

Hi Karina: I'm going to move this question on Acrobat fields from the non-technical Lounge forum to the Acrobat forum to get you an answer.
