Selecting text in comments

I have a lot of problem when selecting text in comments. When I select, both with the mouse or cmd+A, the text that I select deselects almost immediately. Extremely annoying, I have to repeat the selection several times to get a successful copy of the text.

Hello Gustaf_E,

As per the description above, you are not able to highlight the Text in the comment box as it deselects automatically on your Mac machine, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Adobe Acrobat/Reader from Help>Check for updates.

Try with a different PDF and check.

If the issue still persists, please share the following details:

  • Is it Acrobat or free version of Adobe Reader installed?
  • Dot version of Acrobat or Reader, check it from Help>About Adobe.
  • Is it happening with one PDF or with all the PDF files?
