Selection Tool Disappeared from Quick Tools

Hi Helpful Peeps,

In the process of trying to adjust something, I used [Alt]-F8, which reset my Quick Tools.  Unfortunately, my select tool/mouse pointer (the arrow thingy) disappeared from the Quick Tools and I cannot figure out how to add it back.

Please let me know how to add the arrow thingy/select tool back to the Quick Tools.  (I did just figure out how to access it using right click on the page).

Bonus points for adding the "select object" tool to Quick Tools.  Right now, the only way I can figure out how to access it is using [Shift]-R.
