Send als E-Mail box is white

I often use the funktion "send as email" out of Acrobat, but it no longer works, the window is just blank.
Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2024.002.20964 / Mac OS 14.6.1
Does somebody have advice how to fix this problem?

Can you please provide the following information:
1. Are you using dual monitor?
2. Click on Check for Updates.
3. If there is another update, first update and please try to reproduce the same issue and also share the latest build.
