Send and Track

The send and track plug-in/add-on is no longer in Outlook.  I upgraded to Windows 10 and to Microsoft Office 2019 and now have lost the ability to send large files.

Help!

It's possible the add-in got disabled. To re-enable it, you have to go into Outlooks option settings:

  1. Click File in the menu bar
  2. Select Options from the left-hand panel).
  3. Select Add-ins from the Outlook Options left-hand panel.
  4. Check to see if Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft is in the Inactive Application Add-ins, then follow the below graphic.

NOTE: If Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft is not showing in either the Active or Inactive Add-ins, you will probably need to reinstall Acrobat and/or modify your current installation.

Hmm. That second link looks as if it might be outdated. Let me check a bit more.
