Send Button does not work on Windows (but on Apple)

I have created a form in Acrobat and subsequently added a button with a send via email function. The button and sending function work on all devices, except for Windows. Has anyone experienced this issue? The Acrobat version I used to create the PDF is 2023.008.20470.
