Send documents for signature - New experience

Question

The new Request e-signatures tool is not working for our team. We are adding the recipients and placing the E-signature field in a specific location on a form for each recipient. When the recipient opens the Adobe Sign request the e-signature fields are showing up in random locations throughout the document and sometimes with multiple fields overlapping.

Please let us know if you experience this behavior with all the documents. Could you please share the screen recording of how the form fields were added and how they appear on the recipient's end?

Did you experience this behavior after the update? Try switching to classic mode once and see if you experience the same.
