Send for Shared Commenting

When trying to create a review with the Send for Shared Commenting feature, Adobe gets stuck when evaluating the shared folder.

This has worked for many number of years, and has become a problem only recently since we have  changed company's Adobe licenses. 

The folder location the shared reviews point to a virtual folders so i have been told. 

Is there any work arounds to get the shared reviews working again?
