Sending out bulk PDF for signature - first page duplicates

I have been attempting to send out folders for signature, via Adobe (by folder, I mean a downloaded PDF file containing many different pages.)
Upon uploading the file to Adobe, it duplicated the first page, and put it in the place of every other document.
I have been promoting Adobe from different browsers, and this issue still stands. 
please advise.

This behavior seems strange. Please confirm whether you are using one file with multiple or multiple one-page files. 

When you say, "It duplicated the first page and put it in the place of every other document," do you mean the information on the first page gets duplicated, or the complete page gets replaced by other documents?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording or video of the steps used and how the form appears afterward.
