Nãoestou conseguindo abrir o PDF, tá dando senha com erro, o que fazer? Favor responder em português.Obg.

Can you post a screen shot and/or give the exact wording of the message box? If the message is that you need to type the password to open the document, then you will need to have the password.

Eu digito a senha mais da senha errada , posso fazer nova senha?

Hi Elizete,

The PDF may have two passwords.

  • The Open password allows you to open the file
  • The Edit password allows you to change the security settings, including removing or changing the password.

You can change the password if you have the Edit password. Go to File > Properties > Security and attempt to change the settings. If you have the Edit password, you will be able to.
