serial key is not valid - student activation

Hello guys! Merry christmas first of all : )

Since several days I am already trying to activate Adobe Acrobat Professional German for Windows.

I have a student license key, which was given me from Adobe.

But every time I would like to activate the product, Adobe says that the serial key is not valid.

All the options to solve my problem and are given here:

I alread tried without success.

Are there any other options left?

you need to use the installation file supplied by your school.

My school does not offer any files.

I bought the student version, Adobe verified that I am a student and send me over the activation key.

This key is not working.
