Serial Number for Acrobat DC Annual Plan / Installing on Two Separate Devices

I've been using Adobe Acrobat as a standalone boxed product for 20 years.  Today, for the first time, I purchased an annual plan for Acrobat DC and I'm somewhat confused.  The plan doesn't appear to have a serial number and therefore I can't register it on the the Adobe website.  This means that I can't ask use the Adobe support website to answer my queries.  Does anyone know how to ask Adobe for support if you have an annual plan for an Adobe product?

My immediate query is how many devices can you install Acrobat DC on if you have an annual plan?  With the boxed product you used to be able to install it on two separate devices (eg a PC desktop plus a laptop), but I can't find this information for an annual plan.  Also, if you can install Acrobat DC on more than one device, how do you install it on the second device?

You can install on unlimited devices. But it can only be activated on two devices at a time. You can quickly deactivate one device to use another. The license only allows actual use on one device at a time, by you personally (not family, colleagues, friends or staff).
