Serial number v. Activation Code/Redemption code for Acrobat Pro 2017 Student/Teacher version

I bought a copy of Acrobat Pro 2017 Teacher Student version at Best Buy, and registered it on the Identit-e 2.0 web site to verify that I qualified for the academic version. .  The site now says "

So do I continue to wait for an email with the serial number, and if so, why bother providing an "activation code/redemption code"?

Je souhaite donc annuler mon abonnement mentionné ci dessous.

    Good Morning

    I would like to say I did not received an activation code for my adobe pro, I have check my emails and all I see is my payment. I have 4 days left and I still have nothing could someone please help me for my problem
