Set protection of existing pdf documents

I want to provide pdf documents for an official website. These documents must be protected (only download, no screenshot or printable). Since already 90% of these documentr are available in PDF format, I do not know how to set the protection afterwards.

Only the latter (ie, print prevention) is possible with Acrobat. The rest is not possible.
