I have a number of dropdown options that drive other dropdown options.  I was wondering how you would reset all the fields if someone selects one options fills out all the fields and then changes their mind and selects a different option from the initial dropdown window.  Thank you!!!

What do you mean "reset the form field"

I have DropDown1 with questions relating to that dropdown.  If I select Yes for dropdown 1 and have already filled out the other dropdowns but then I go back to DropDown1 and select No I want all the other dropdown to reset.

So what do you mean by "reset the form field"
