Setting all PDF with a "set page boxes" margin

I'm trying to create a margin setting that can be applied to all PDF's I open and print.

The page box you want is the Crop Box. This box represents the users view of the PDF on the screen.

Expanding the Crop Box will create a margin. However, it also increases the size of the page. So to use this margin you'll have to make sure the print settings scale the page to fit.
