Setting default page sizes

Hi, I am having a problem in that every time I open my pdf or move within it the page defaults to 46.7% - barely legible. I have checked out the Help page and found the Default Zoom menu (in Edit and Preferences) - but even after entering 100% and pressing enter this makes no difference. I am still stuck with a horribly small page.

Any suggestions, please?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please help me with the following queries to better inderstand the issue.

1. What version of Acrobat you are using . If not Latest can you please upgrade to the latest version i.e May and check if issue is still there

2. after performing the above step if issue is still there, can you try below step:

Goto Preferences >> Page Diaplay

Under "Default Layout and Zoom select the Zoom % you wnat for the PDF and click OK. Then try opening the file again and check if those pref is honored at your end

3. In case issue is still there after above steps, can you please share the sample PDF files with us on which issue is repro , so that we can repro the same at our end.
