Setting Scale for Measuring Area

Hi,

I have PDF building plans which I want to measure some areas of.

I know how to get measure tool and then right click to get change scale ration etc.  I input the correct scale for what the drawing is and then proceed to measure either distance or area etc.

This does not seem to be working.  Even if I go back in and change the scale drastically, I still get the same area show up when measured.

Please help.

    Hi,

    Could you please let me know the version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine? This you can tell by navigating to Help-> About Adobe Acrobat.

    Hi,

    Kindly update your Adobe Acrobat to the latest version and see whether the issue is resolved or not. This you can do by doing Help-> Check for updates.
