Share button no longer giving attachment as an option

I have a user on Acrobat Continuous release version 2026.001.21563 64 bit.  Recently they noticed under the share button, share as email attachment is no longer available.

If they click on Outlook as the share option, it opens new Outlook message with Adobe links automatically.  If they choose email, still no option.

I checked under Preferences and Email accounts.  Neither check box is checked to force use a link.

Couldn’t find any related issues that weren’t over 3 years old.

    I think I figured it out.  Went into the Preferences, Email accounts.  Checked the box to force links.  Closed program.  Re-opened program.  Went back in and unchecked it.

    Now the Share button doesn’t have the attachment slider disabled.  Can send as attachment again.
