Share to Email as Attachment: New Outlook dialog box missing Minimize Button & Default Signature

I was able to follow an existing Adobe article to allow 1 click of Envelope Icon, when viewing a PDF, to automatically open up a new Outlook Email message. This process works pretty well BUT I have noticed 2 issues with the new Outlook email dialog box. They are:

1. The new email dialog box does not have a Minimize button showing at the top right corner of the box. I have a Maximize button but no Minimize button;

2. The default email Signature does not fill in within the email message body.

Using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC Ver. 19.010.20100.63377

Installed on Windows Server 2016 Std Terminal Server

Hi Cazman,

Apologies for the delay in response, I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the problem still persists, please try to update the MS Outlook and install all the optional and necessary updates for the operating system.

If it doesn't work, please contact Microsoft here - https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/contactus/

Regards,

Amal
