share to review comments not showing on pdf cloud both on cloud and desktop

Hi i recently shared a pdf document for review internally and i got the feedback necessary, when i then shared the document with client for review: only 2 comments are visible from 6 hours ago but client has made over 30 comments - of which non are showing up on my end. Please help

Did you share the file for commenting using the Acrobat Pro desktop app? If yes, what is the current version of Acrobat you are working on? Open Acrobat>help>About Acrobat

  • When your client commented on the file, did he/she post it successfully? Can they see all the comments on their end?
  • Test another file, send it to yourself on a different email, and check if you can see the comments.
  • Login to your Document Cloud web account and see if all the comments added to the files are visible or not. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/shared_by_you/

Yes posted it from the desktop file version 2023.001.20177

 

client could see their comments we couldn't - they had to show us from teams what they could see.

 

I've tested with another file and im receiving the notifications now.
