Shared file sent late

Question

I attempted to share a file in Adobe Cloud Storage and this file was delivered five months after I shared it.

The file was originally shared on 8/10 via Outlook and has only just been sent on 1/10. What is the reason for this, checking e-mail headers it has to have been the fault of Adobe.

Could you please share the specific steps or workflow you've been following to share the PDF file? If possible, a short video recording of the process would be incredibly helpful for us to gain a clearer understanding of the issue.
