Shared Files Disappearing Intermittently

Question

Files I've shared with others have been disappearing intermittently from my cloud and I'm unable to find them searching all the folders within my cloud, but if I have someone who I shared them with send me their link, I can still access the file -- so they aren't permanently gone, just not accessible without a direct link.  There doesn't seem to be any pattern to which files it decides to give this treatment, but it isn't all of them. 
 
Anybody have any ideas?

As mentioned, the files disappear from the cloud. This seems to be weird behavior.

Did you try the search for the document by name on the Acrobat Online account? If not, please try.

Would you mind sharing the screen recording of how you search for the document and then easily able to open it when using the link?
