Shared Files Have Disappeared Again

Good morning

My shared files have disappeared. This has happened to me about 5 times in the last 3 years.

Adobe can you help retrieve these shared files?

Is there an upcoming fix to prevent this from happening?

Since you are saying this has happened several times with you, has anything changed recently? Do you use Adobe Acrobat Pro or the Adobe Reader freeware app? Please ensure you are using the correct Adobe ID.
