Shared Fillable PDFs, getting errors when trying to send for signatures via teammates on PRO DC.

Hello, I would like to create and set up a Fillable PDF to be sent for completion and signature via Acrobat PRO DC. Which I can do, but I would like to be able to share these docs with my team in other departments to be sent by them to their customers as needed. We all use Pro DC. My team can access the shared fillable PDF (via dropbox and adobe cloud docs) but when they try to send for signatures they get errors. Sometimes an API error, other times a token error. Please help!

Okay, we figured it out. Adobe Acrobat wasn't updating as it should. So we were getting the "Access Token Provided is Invalid or has expired" error. We updated the software. Signed out and back in and it started working.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you mentioned, your teammates get errors when they send the document for signature. If yes, then it might not be an issue with the form.

Could you please confirm if you can send the document for signature vi the same workflow as your teammates are using?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error messages and the workflow used to send the document by the teammates? That will help us to understand the issue better.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Yes, it works for a couple of of us, but not for the one person who will be using this the most. I've confirmed she is using the same workflow. Please see the screenshot below.
