Shared PDF inexplicably unshared/deleted

A few days ago I created a share link for a PDF, and it has now inexplicably been deleted from the cloud . I had it open in my browser, and suddenly found I was unable to post a new comment; then the next time I went to the browser tab it was no longer even viewable.

When I click on the link I get "Shared file not available. This PDF has been unshared or deleted. Contact the owner for more information." But I'm the owner, and I'm 100% positive I neither unshared nor deleted it. It also no longer even appears in the list of documents on my Adobe homepage.

A bunch of comments had been added by people at my company, which are now lost. Hoping someone at Adobe can tell me if there's any way to retrieve this shared document? This is the link:

This also happened to me today. I haven't found a solution other than never sharing acrobat PDF links for feedback again. Unreliable.

This exact problem just happened to one of our designers yesterday. Poof, the shared PDF with comments just disappeared. I'd be interested in knowing what support said to you. I'll be contacting them myself today.
