Shared PDFs default to filtering Resolved comments

Document Cloud is in the process of updating the UI to shrared PDFs. One of the UI changes is that upon reopening a document, "Resolved" comments are automatically filtered as hidden for all users. I'm not seeing as this helpful for my peers as, sadly, most of them do not know how to even know about the filter settings. We try to educate, but some things only go so far.

Having issues with the browser version of Acrobat no longer allowing the option to filter comments by unresolved and resolved. Now the resolved comments just disappear unless you filter by resolved. Have you found any solutions on the filter settings?
