Sharing a pdf form/signature template with other team members to use

Hi!

I and my colleagues use quite a few pdf forms with signatures. I can not seem to find how I can share a template I have made for others to use. How is this done?

As per you picture, the problem is that you created a template that one you can use.

Edit the template for it to be able to be used by anyone. Manage - Templates - Choose the template - Edit - Template Properties
