Shifting the Zoom Percentage Bar

Attached is a .jpeg file with the zoom percentage bar surrounded by a red rectangle. Can I move this User Interface element to a different location within the Adobe Acrobat Pro application? I know it disappears after a few seconds when the zoom percentage is not changed but I would like to move it if that is a possiblity. I went to the Menu tab then to the Prefences tab and looked through everything there and found no option to move the bar. I also tried to click, hold, and drag the bar but that did not work either.
