SHo to stop Adobe asking for NSW Government sign in

Recently my daughter borrowed my lap top and installed Adobe Creative suite to access her schoool programs. I have now deleted her details as she no longer needs it, however now whenever I open up a PDF it propmts a sign in page stating that my orginisation (I assume department of edu) requires me to sign in to use. I can just close this window and see the pdf, however it happens every single time I open a pdf and is very annoying. I have always just used the usual pdf reader for my laptop and now it must think I am somehow attached to the Department of Eucation from NSW. See attached screen shot and adivse if you have any ideas how to stop this sign in.

I have already uninstalled Adobe and then reinstalled it with no further luck.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
