Shortcut for Approuved or refused modifications on acrobat PDF ?

I think that like many graphic designers, I receive commented PDFs every week from my customers with annotations for modifications.
To make sure I don't forget any of them, I validate or refuse each modification request... but I can't find a "shortcut" that would allow me to go faster (currently, I click and it's laborious in the long run on a 70-page doc.... )
