Question

Should I tag repeated information as artifacts?

Does anyone know the standards when it comes to repeated information in a multipaged PDF? I'm working on a 7-page PDF document, with each page being a different chapter of the series. Each page has the document title and a paragraph of information repeated at the top, then more information repeated each time at the bottom of the page. Since screen readers don't percieve pages, should I artifact this for the middle pages, and only keep that information at the very top and bottom of the document? Or should it be read after each page how it appears visually?

Keep only the first instance of each block of text, artifact it on the remaining pages.
