"Show comments pane" turns itself back on.

My users are reporting that even when they turn the "show comments pane" checkbox off, the next time they open a document the setting turns itself back on and slows Adobe down so much it is unusable.

@doug_2337 you were so close.... you need to turn off one more thing off... your screenshot is selected. Make sure to restart Acrobat to apply the changes!
