Showing incorrect user name upon opening pdf files. Cant switch back to main account.

i open up all of my files and it comes up as the wrong user and i cant switch it to my main account.

    To understand better, we need more information from you. Its quite unclear from where do you open your files and where exactly it shows the wrong user?

    Is it some desktop application or online storage for saving files? Are you referring to Acrobat app or Document Cloud web interface?
